Artworks
- Our paintings and sculptures are made by hand. Each original is one of a kind; small variations in texture, colour and finish are part of the work and are not defects.
- Colours can look different on different screens. If you would like more photographs or a video before buying, please contact us.
- Sizes are given as accurately as possible and may vary slightly.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payments are made online through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets), or by cash on delivery where it is offered.
- We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.
Orders
- An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email.
- If an artwork has already been sold or an error has occurred in the price or description, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.
Custom pieces
Custom paintings and sculptures are agreed with you individually: size, price, timeline and payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. Because they are made to your request, custom pieces have their own cancellation terms, set out in our cancellation and refund policy.
Copyright and use of images
All artworks, photographs, the logo and other content on this website belong to IttiShruti Studio and the artist. Buying an artwork gives you ownership of that physical piece, not the right to reproduce it. You may not copy, download, print, reproduce or use any image from this website, for any purpose, without our written permission.
Shipping, cancellations and refunds
Delivery is covered by our shipping and delivery policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our cancellation and refund policy.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
